Supervision, Consultation and Training

Private Practice
Group Supervision
Those welcomed to participate will be working toward:

-
individual and/or couples’ clinical skills
-
best practices in the ethics and business of running a private practice
-
appropriately-boundaried peer support
-
keeping the very challenging and unique profession we are in sustainable for us as clinicians
Participants will need to commit to the group for the term (six biweekly groups). The intention here is to build a consistent, safe, and skillful space to seek supervision and learn from one another’s cases and inquiries. After the group concludes, you are encouraged to transition out of my supervision and create your own peer-group together. It will also be possible to commit to the next term at that time should you like to, in which case we can do a review of your goals (clinical and professional), skills, and plans moving forwards if that is desirable for you.
The fee per group is $125. Participants will be able to receive reduced-rate individual supervision, as well as attend workshops and trainings hosted by Soft Landings Psychotherapy throughout the duration of the group.

Wednesdays at 11am - 12:30pm biweekly

Supervision for Supervisors
In a time where supervisors often feel left to their own devices to determine their policies, fees, and best practices, community and training has never been more critical to ensure ethical, nurturing and meaningful supervision. Open to active supervisors of any experience/skill-level looking to connect over specific cases, general learning and inquiry, and personal development regarding supervisor identity and career diversification. This warm and contemplative group will leave you feeling more supported and confident in your role as a supervisor, and more clear on who and what you are interested in supervising.
The cost will be $125 per 1.5 hr group (six biweekly groups total). Participants will be able to receive reduced-rate individual supervision, as well as attend workshops and trainings hosted by Soft Landings Psychotherapy throughout the duration of the group.

Foundations and Explorations in Clinical Supervision (30 hr)
If you've been considering offering supervision, or feel a pull to hone your skills or solidify your understanding of the role and intricacies, this may be a nice fit for you. I’m thrilled to be facilitating the tenth round of this course, and have received lovely feedback from past participants regarding its relevancy and supportiveness.
The course will consist of 25 hours of course work and reflections at your own pace, in your own time, and five 60 minute live, virtual workshops (with varied learning styles held in mind). All workshops will be recorded and shared, and you are welcome to watch them at your own pace if you aren't able to join live. The course will involve independent reading of your own choosing (options provided, though you are welcome to veer), and teaching/discussion on the themes of supervisory roles, relevant legal considerations, ethics, business, and supervision philosophy. By the end of the training, you will have fulfilled the 30-hour course component necessary to supervise as an RP (though designations of all kinds are welcome and will find the material relevant).
Fees for the course will fall on a scale from $900 - $1800 + HST depending on your financial needs, and payment can be made in one or three instalments. Participants will also be able to receive reduced-rate individual consultation, as well as attend workshops and trainings hosted by Soft Landings Psychotherapy throughout the duration of the group.
