Marlee Rubel (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist offering clinical consultation, supervision, trainings, and program development to individuals, hospitals and various agencies within Toronto. Operating from a social justice oriented and trauma-informed lens, she specializes in complex trauma, queer experience, and relationship therapy in her clinical practice. Heidi Klett, MSW

Heidi Klett (she/her) is a Registered Social Worker who brings with her 20 years of clinical experience in the areas of mental health, crisis stabilization, gender-based violence and substance use. Her specialized interests include addiction with goals of reduced use, safer use or abstinence, trauma, anxiety and grief and loss of any kind including death, non-death losses and life transitions. Heidi believes that difficult emotions, unresolved experiences and life challenges provide a sacred opportunity to connect with one’s values, inner wisdom and understanding of the self. Heidi approaches therapy through a social justice, strength-based and trauma-informed lens where therapy sessions are empowering, non-judgmental and provide a space where clients can feel safe, heard and understood. She uses a blend of Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to best fit the therapeutic needs of each client. Whether your therapeutic goal is to develop a specific action plan for addressing life challenges, learn new approaches for managing painful feelings or simply having a space where you can explore your struggles without fear or judgment, Heidi will walk alongside you in this journey offering hope, trust, choice and encouragement.
Daniel Martin, M.Ed

Daniel Martin (he/him) is a Registered Psychotherapist who completed his Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. He has spent 5 years working with queer and trans youth through individual counselling and group support, as well as their families; he also has experience with those struggling with problem gambling and tech addiction. Daniel believes that having a non-judgmental outside perspective on our lives is an essential ingredient for change. He combines specific techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy with gentle explorations of your experiences. He works to balance accomplishing short term goals with building a supportive long term therapeutic relationship. Daniel is comfortable supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, compulsive behaviours, addiction, exploring gender and sexuality, interpersonal conflict, panic attacks, and more. He works with both adults and teenagers. Daniel finds that there is often laughter even in the most difficult conversations, and feels that it is an honour to hear the stories of others.
Brad Garrison, M.Ed, CCC

Brad Garrison (he/him) is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and a professional member of the World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH). He completed a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology with a collaborative specialization in Sexual Diversity Studies from the University of Toronto (OISE). Brad is also a graduate of the Addictions Careworker Diploma Program at the University of McMaster and has completed the University of Guelph’s Intensive Sex Therapy Training program. Brad is committed to providing his clients with a warm and welcoming therapeutic environment that is trauma-informed, sex- and kink-positive, and anti-oppressive. He believes that laughter can be an essential part of the therapeutic process and invites his clients to bring their playfulness and sense of humour to their sessions whenever possible. Brad works with individuals and relationships of all kinds. He has extensive experience providing therapeutic services for a variety of concerns and conditions including emotional wellbeing, sex and relationships, trauma, 2SLGBTQIA+ concerns, substance use, and more.
Jada Wright, MACP

Jada Wright (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), specializing in body image, confidence, self-identity, self-worth, and racial/cultural identity. Her therapeutic approach is uniquely tailored to the individual to best support their goals and healing. Jada believes that everyone has a purpose, and on her journey to enrich the lives of others, she wants to be able to shift the narrative of what society says you ought to do based on old ideals that were never inclusive. She has received her Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Sarah Foster (she/her) is Soft Landings' Clinic Coordinator, and your first point of contact at the clinic. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is passionate about good mental health care and working with people. Sarah is incredibly friendly and committed to answering all your questions and making scheduling easy so you can focus on your care.
